An experienced professional in the food service industry, Mr. Thompson shares his unique culinary creations through Cafe Gourmet Sauces. For the past 8 years, he has been creating uniquely flavored condiment sauces using the freshest ingredients available. Flavors include a gourmet barbecue, a zesty honey mustard, a smoked jalapeno ketchup and a sloppy Joe sauce, with plans to release a new hot dog relish soon. Mr. Thompson markets these sauces nationally to specialty shops, meat markets, trade shows, and at fundraisers.

Equipped with a bachelor's degree in business, Mr. Thompson also works with privately held mortgage notes, trust deed purchasers and foreclosures through The National Cash Network. He facilitates the sale of existing and delinquent mortgage opportunities on a national basis.

In addition, Mr. Thompson, who received a National Medal of Achievement, is also the Chief of Production and Services in the Nutrition Department at the VA Medical Center Philadelphia. Managing a staff of 70, he also coordinates menu planning, specialty fine dining and brunch events. He has been recognized for his leadership skills, attention to detail and was given six on-the-spot awards by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs as well as a Silver Medal for Outstanding Public Service from the Federal Executive Board. Mr. Thompson is a supporter of JDRF, the American Red Cross, March of Dimes and various youth and homeless adult outreach programs.
