Mary Benevente, MSF, Recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for Excellence in Finance
With nearly a decade of experience in finance, Ms. Benevente hopes to become a chief financial officer

CORAL GABLES, FL, October 05, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Mary Benevente, Vice President and Controller of Professional Bank, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in finance.

With eight years of experience in the financial banking industry, Mary Benevente currently works closely with the CFO in overseeing Professional Bank's finance department. She also handles financial reporting, budgeting, payroll, call reporting, and treasury management in addition to helping with the bank's operational functions.

Ms. Benevente originally became involved in her profession while attending college; she started as a part-time teller and worked her way up. She attributes her success to her hard work and dedication. In addition to being committed to her career, she volunteers in animal rescue efforts, assisting the Humane Society of Greater Miami and Miami Dade Animal Service in finding safe and loving homes for dogs and cats.

Ms. Benevente holds a Master of Science in finance and a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance and international business, both from Florida International University. She is a member of Financial Management Association International and Golden Key International Honour Society. In the near future, she hopes to continue her growth in her financial career and someday become the bank's chief financial officer.
