WILLEMSTAD, CURACAO, August 24, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Vistra (Curaçao) NV has announced that it successfully completed the acquisition of IMC Management & Trust (Curaçao) NV (IMC) , a Curaçao based provider of Trust services, in July. The addition of IMC to the Vistra Curaçao family will allow Vistra Curaçao to broaden the range of services available to clients, whilst at the same time demonstrating its on-going commitment to growing its Caribbean based portfolio of clients and services.

Vistra's roots on Curaçao and Bonaire go back to 1994, when the company was regulated by the Central Bank of the Netherlands Antilles and subsequently the Central Bank of Curaçao & St Maarten.
