SAN ANTONIO, TX, August 23, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Joseph P. Thomas, Senior Business Operations Advisor for the United Services Automobile Association, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in business operations.

With three years of experience at the United Services Automobile Association, Mr. Thomas attributes his success to the support he receives from his father, who raised him as a single parent. As a senior business operations advisor, he is in charge of overseeing surveying, and obtaining feedback about products and services. Prior to his current position, he served for the United States Air Force for seven years. He was a Captain from 1999 to 2005 and was deployed to Germany.

Mr. Thomas received his Master's Degree in Computer Information Systems in 2004. He participated in coursework in 1991 from the United States Air Force Academy, and his Bachelor's Degree in English. A member of The American Legion, he is affiliated with the Association of Graduates of the United States Air Force Academy.
