Prior to attaining her current position, she served as an administrative assistant for two years and a construction lender for two years. Ms. Sommer received the Member of the Year Award from Springfield Area Home Builders Association and was a 40 Under 40 honoree recognized by Springfield Business Journal. She holds an Associate Degree in Liberal Arts and is pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. She stays current with the trends in her profession by enrolling in continuing education courses. In the future, she intends to move into a higher position and pursue her Master's degree.
