Ms. Damon graduated cum laude in 1992 from Temple University Beasley School of Law with a Juris Doctor and received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from St. Joseph's University in 1989. She is the chairwoman for the Committee on Trust Indentures and the Indenture Trustees of the American Bar Association, and is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association and The District of Columbia Bar.
